Terms of Service

1. Overview

D Inspector is a local network debugging tool developed by Nekosoftech. The app enables developers to capture, inspect, and modify HTTP/HTTPS traffic on their own devices using a local on-device VPN and proxy. All traffic analysis happens entirely on your device — no data is transmitted to any external server.

2. Eligibility

D Inspector is intended for use by software developers, security researchers, and IT professionals. The app is rated 4+ on the App Store and does not contain any objectionable content. Minors should use the app under parental guidance.

3. License

Nekosoftech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use D Inspector on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app or its source code.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

D Inspector is designed for legitimate development, API testing, and security research. You agree to:

• Only inspect traffic from apps and services you own, develop, or have explicit authorization to test.
• Comply with the terms of service of any third-party apps or services you analyze.
• Not use the app to intercept, modify, or exploit network traffic without proper authorization.
• Not use the app to bypass security measures, commit fraud, or violate the privacy of others.

5. HTTPS Inspection & Certificates

D Inspector generates a local Root Certificate Authority (CA) on your device for HTTPS traffic inspection. This certificate is:

• Generated and stored exclusively on your device — the private key never leaves your device.
• Used only to decrypt HTTPS traffic for domains you explicitly configure in the SSL Proxying List.
• Your responsibility to install and trust. Nekosoftech is not liable for any security implications arising from trusting a custom root certificate.

6. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

D Inspector offers both free and premium features. Some advanced features require a paid subscription (Pro). Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. Nekosoftech does not process payments or have access to your payment information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

D Inspector is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Nekosoftech does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nekosoftech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of D Inspector.

9. Changes to These Terms

Nekosoftech reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of D Inspector after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to D Inspector at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the app is immediately revoked.
